As Sue is my daughter I may be classed as being a bit biased. I am impressed with the recipes Sue has put in this book and I am very keen to try out her Raw Carrot cake recipe it is a pity that we do not live in the same country as it would be good to taste some of these first hand.As I have written a recipe book myself on Gluten Free Cooking I am pleased with the fact that Sue has put so many Gluten Free and Egg Free recipes in her book.
My husband and I both tend to stay away from cooked food as much as possible, but when the weather is colder this can sometimes be a bit more difficult, but looking through this book this afternoon has definitely given me some food for thought.
Another of the recipes I will be going for soon is the Lacto Fermented Beetroot With Garlic I have always tended to pickle my beetroot, but fermenting it sounds like a good way to go as the only fermenting we have done so far is with cabbage and we got that recipe from Sue some time ago.

Simply Raw Easy Raw Food Recipes For Beginners eBook Sue Woledge Reviews
I was hoping for some easy & healthy recipients but was disappointed when looking through the book. A warning would have been nice in the description that if you have a tree nut allergy or sensitivity, this cookbook is not for you.
This book, with its tasty recipes, shows that preparing a meal with raw, uncooked food can be delicious and far from boring. Having read this I will try to incorporate as much raw food as possible in my dinners, especially now I know the many health benefits!
Definitely will have to get a small food processor so I can try out some of these simple and delicious-sounding recipes. Particularly excited to try the recipe for making cashew cheese.
The author makes it clear in the intro that some recipes are cooked... but what's up with the weird ingredients that are not explained - sultanas? Chai gel... what? Raw food should be simple... Specially if the title suggests it! I didn't hate the book, because I read it cover to cover in one sitting, hoping to find something useful. I understand this is an online book, but typos should not be seen in any publication.
An excellent variety of both savory and sweet raw recipes, I'm looking forward to experimenting. I think these recipes would even tempt someone who is not familiar with raw foods and recipes. There are even some recipes for those who eat meat, though they are mostly vegan. A good book to have if you are interested in your health.
if you are interested in the Raw diet and not sure what to eat this book can help. Lots of different recipes and very simple. It didnt require me to go on a scavenger hunt to purchase the items that I needed. I was shocked at some of the things that were considered "raw". Definitely a good start for someone who is thinking about starting a lifestyle of Raw.
Simply raw is surprisingly good approach to healthy eating. It is almost like having desert as a main dish. The recipes could just as easily be for those on a restricted diabetes diet. It would be an ideal compliment to go with my new book on , Dicks Fish and Poultry Diabetes Cookbook.
Simply raw is an easy to follow book for some delicious raw food meals.
